Events and Team Building exercises. Holo-Dek's staff includes experts in video gaming technologies, psychological

Comprehensive Individual and Culture Assessments, Improved Strategy
Holo-Dek's research-based assessments of personality and organizational culture address the issues that play a pivotal
role in shaping the execution of strategy. From individual decision-making to team cooperation, the first
step toward improving your team is awareness of where it currently stands. Based on the results of your team
assessments, we develop a custom agenda that utilizes a combination of game-play, team building exercises
and learning and motivational coaching. This agenda will ensure that your team-building event achieves your
specific goals. Your employees will develop an improved self-awareness through individual personality testing
and clarification of their organizational structure. In addition, they will design and implement strategies that
lead to meaningful results. Our facilitators help them to tie these activities together for improved utilization of
individual characteristics, enhanced team unity and outstanding strategic results.

Goals
Understanding key indicators of both individual characteristics and company’s organizational
culture. Learn how different personal styles contribute to and detract from organizational goals.
Define the necessary components for effective problem solving.
Develop and test various strategies and action plans to effectively maximize organizational
effectiveness.

• Continental Breakfast including coffee, fresh juices, scones, classic quiche Lorraine and
sliced miniature bagels with smoked salmon.
9:30-11:00 am
• Myers Briggs Personality testing.
• Introduction to MBTI type and preferences focusing on strengths of all types.
• Small group discussion regarding characteristics and value of each preference.
• Peer input and self-evaluation relating to how we prefer to gather information.
11:00 am-12:30 pm
• Game selection requiring sharing of knowledge, planning, and use of a variety of personality
characteristics.
12:30-1:30 pm
• Lunch with choice of Herb Chicken - Grilled Herb chicken Breast, Wild Rice Salad or
Pilaf, Spring Salad (Citrus, Ranch or Italian Dressings), Rolls & Butter. Or Tortellini with
Fresh Tomato and Basil Cream Sauce, served with Mixed Green Salad (Citrus, Ranch or
Italian Dressings), Rolls & Butter, Dessert Tray of pastries, cookies and brownies , assorted
Soft Drinks, Spring Waters, Tea or Coffee.
1:30-2:15 pm
• Groups develop new gaming strategies using results of morning exercises.
• Small groups discuss how the concept of conflict is defined differently depending
on personality type and strategic goals.
• Develop strategies for team effectiveness based on competing needs for action
or development of new information and skills.
2:15-4:30 pm
• Continue Madden 2004 racing game play utilizing newly developed team strategy.
4:30-5:00 pm
• Afternoon service including coffee or tea, soft drinks, spring water and choice
of kettle-chips or cookies.
• Review game results.
• Review MBTI results.
• Review game problem-solving model followed by interactive team challenge
with management/HR observation.
4:30-5:00 pm
• Develop best-fit model using Holodek’s proprietary team interaction guide and
action planning worksheet.
