  • Shift Payroll to an Operating Expense - You will be invoiced for the work performed by your Wayside Professional. This enables business to expense the work performed in the same way as other contactor work is expensed like electrical or plumbing work which improves long term profitability

  • Simple Payments - You are billed weekly for work performed by our professionals. Our invoices include a copy of our professionals approved timeslip for easy processing. No need to complicate your payroll department with additional payroll charges and increased work levels.

    • Temporary and Contract

    In today’s business climate, it makes good sense to keep a percentage of your work force in temporary or contractor status. The benefits of this strategy are:

    • Deadlines - Meet deadlines when permanent resources are overloaded without adding to fixed overhead.

    Temporary labor expenses are based on a fixed hourly fee. There are no other costs. Our fee includes all Taxes, Workman’s Compensation, Liability and Unemployment Insurance. You may use the Massachusetts Department of Workforce Development, Division of Unemployment Assistance Booklet (PDF) to review the eligibility of part-time or temporary workers for unemployment compensation within your organization.
